Joseph O'Bell

Joseph O’ Bell joined Bush, Rudnicki, Shelton in 2019.  

 

Joseph has been involved in transactional work and litigation through out the state of Texas since becoming licensed to practice law in 2009.  

 

Joseph also worked for Governor Rick Perry in the Texas Emerging Technology Fund and for Governor Greg Abbott in the Governor’s University Research Initiative.

 

Joseph served on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Pflugerville from 2013 to 2016.  

 

Joseph also previously served as Chief Legal Officer of American Metals Recovery and Recycling Inc ($AMRR), a publicly traded company (currently known as MBG Holdings Inc $MBGH) as well as General Counsel for AMR Resources, LLC.  

 

Joseph currently serves on the Civil Courts Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
